Warranty
Deep Fashion International Co. Ltd. (Planet 925) hereby warrant that all jewelry on our site is free from defective or inferior materials and workmanship for 10 days after the date of courier delivery.
Returns
Our jewelry goes to a rigorous quality control process during manufacture and before it is dispatched. However, if within the warranty period (10 days after date of courier delivery) you find:
- A defect on any item caused by production or packaging.
- An item or items sent to you which you did not order.
- An item or items received in the incorrect size or color.
We deeply apologize about any inconvenience the defect/error may cause you. Please do not send any jewelry back right away, email us first. In your email please be sure to include:
- Order Number
- Product SKU(s)
- Quantity to return per SKU
- Reason for return
- Photos of the defect/problem
Deep Fashion International Co. Ltd. (Planet 925) agrees to promptly follow up, a representative from our customer support team will get back to you ASAP.
Merchandise may not be returned unless you have received an email confirmation from us in advance. Upon receiving confirmation, you may return the item(s) according to the instructions provided in the email. After we receive your return package, your refund can be handled in either of the following 2 ways:
- Get a refund for 100% of the returned item(s) price paid via the original method of payment.
- Get store credit for 100% of the returned item(s) price paid to be used on your next order.
Refund notes:
- We will not issue a refund for the original delivery cost nor the import duty tax of the returned item(s).
- We will issue a refund for the costs of returning the item(s) only when they are faulty or sent in error.
- There will not be any restocking fee charges.
