Browse or search for specific products on our product pages. There are several filters you can apply to see only what you are interested in. When you find a product you like, enter at least the min. required quantity and add it to the cart.
Alternatively you can add to cart the contents of a previous order by viewing and individual order and clicking on the Re-order link on top of the page.
There is also an option to upload a file of product SKUs and quantities, which will be added to the cart. It is necessary to log in first, then visit our quick order page.
You can delete products or change their quantities. When you have made your selection please click the Proceed to Checkout button.
If the button is not visible, it means your total for the products in the cart has not reached our minimum purchase amount total. If that is the case, a message on top of the page will tell you what the minimum order amount is for your selected currency.
In case any discount coupon is available based on your cart subtotal, it will be auto applied. Read more about our discounts here.
Here you can review your order chosen option before finalizing it. Note that you can expand and see the chosen jewelry by clicking on the ORDER DETAILS to expand it or see all on a new window. When you are ready click on the PLACE ORDER button.
For all first orders, a 5% discount coupon will be available on top of the page! Don not forget to click on the button to apply it and get the discount.
If you need modify your order in any way please notify us as soon as possible before payment is received. In case of cancellation of a paid order, payment processing fees incurred in the original transaction will be deducted.
Please note that you do not pay for the order directly on our website. We’ll review your order and will email you a final invoice with the total to pay.
Our accepted payment methods are PayPal or telegraphic transfer (T/T). We also accept credit/debit card payments via PayPal (you do not need to have a PayPal account).
In case out-of-stock products are ordered for production, we’ll email you an invoice when the jewelry is ready to ship.
When we receive confirmation of your payment you will then receive an email from us stating that your invoice has been paid in full. Please be aware that by making a payment, you thereby confirm the correctness of the Order Confirmation and the Invoice.
After we receive your payment in full we will proceed to ship your package. You’ll receive an email to let you know when your package was sent and its corresponding tracking number, you can also check online by logging in to your account and going to your orders page.
